3.2. It is your responsibility to keep your account credentials confidential. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to your failure to maintain security.
3.3. If your account is used by someone else, we will not be responsible for any subsequent damages.
3.4. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Accounts belonging to minors will be removed.

6.1. We offer a four-day trial subscription for a nominal fee of 0.99 USD. If you do not cancel your subscription before the trial period concludes (ninety-six hours), you will be automatically charged 9.99 USD for a weekly subscription. Please note that if a trial is offered, this will be clearly stated on the pricing screen prior to checkout. If not mentioned, you will purchase a subscription without a trial. We may also offer discounts and promotions from time to time.
Trial Period, Time Calculation, and Billing:
The trial access period is calculated strictly in hours, not calendar days. The trial begins at the precise moment your payment is confirmed, based on the system timestamp recorded in UTC.
For clarity, the trial is referred to as "four days" for convenience only; legally, it is defined as lasting from 94 to 98 hours.
Billing may occur at any time after 94 hours from the start of the trial, at the sole discretion of our billing system.
The Company cannot guarantee billing will occur at the precise 96-hour mark. The hour-based calculation prevails over any calendar-day interpretation. It is your responsibility to track the trial duration and cancel the subscription before the applicable billing period if you do not wish to continue.
6.2. A single payment option is available, granting access for 6 months from the payment date at a rate of 99.99 USD. This includes full account access and all fitness courses.
7.1. Refunds are provided only if access has not been granted following valid payment.

You agree to indemnify and hold MyMotionFit harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Product or violation of these Terms.
