Refund Policy

solarastudioclub.com (referred to as Solara Studio, "we", "us" or "our") offers access to a cross-platform health and fitness application available at https://solarastudioclub.com (the "Product").

You are eligible for a refund only if you have completed a valid payment and have not received access to the Product as a result (an "Access Issue").

1. If you experience an Access Issue, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We will take all reasonable steps to resolve the issue within 14 (fourteen) business days from the moment you notify us. If we are unable to resolve the issue within this period, we will issue a refund.

2. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method you used when making the original purchase, and in accordance with the procedures of the third-party payment processor involved in the transaction.

3. Please note that no refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • - you were unable to use the Product for reasons beyond our control,
  • - you did not access any portion of the Product's paid features,
  • - you failed to start or complete any course included in your access.

4. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are granted the right to use the Product's functionality at any time, in any manner, as allowed by our Terms of Use. We are not responsible for how often or in what way you choose to interact with the Product.

5. If you decide to terminate the Terms of Use voluntarily, any payments made will remain non-refundable.

6. If we terminate the Terms of Use due to your violation of the terms, any payments you have made will also be non-refundable.

7. If we choose to discontinue the Product or terminate the Terms of Use for reasons unrelated to any fault or breach on your part, you will receive a proportional refund based on the number of unused days of access remaining.
