1.3. You agree to:

• - Discontinue any activity if you feel unwell or experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
• - Understand that exercise carries inherent risks, which you assume voluntarily.

1.4. If you have a history of cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, joint problems, or other health concerns, we strongly advise seeking medical clearance before using the Product.

1.5. We are not liable for any injuries or health conditions arising from your participation in any of the programs.

2. License to Use

2.1. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Product for your private use, subject to payment and compliance with these Terms.

2.2. The license remains valid until you or we terminate the agreement.

2.3. All Product content is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2.4. You do not acquire ownership of any content by using the Product.

2.5. You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the Product or its content.

3. Account Registration

3.1. To use the Product, you'll need to create an account and provide accurate personal information.

3.2. You must keep your account credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to do so.

3.3. If someone else uses your account, we are not responsible for any resulting damages.

3.4. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts for minors will be removed.

3.5. To delete your account, email us at [email protected]. Active subscriptions will be cancelled. Refunds are only available under specific conditions outlined in section 7.

4. What's Included

4.1. The Product gives you access to structured fitness programs (e.g., stretching, yoga, slimming) and personalized meal plans.

4.2. Descriptions of results or benefits are general estimates and depend on your individual body, habits, and lifestyle.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Their procedures and terms apply to all transactions.

6. Pricing

6.1. We offer a four-day trial subscription to the service for a small fee in the amount of $0.99. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period (ninety-six hours), you will be automatically charged $9.99 for the a subscription period of one week. Please note that if a trial is offered, this will be explicitly stated on the pricing screen prior to checkout. If this is not the case, you will purchase our subscription without a trial. We may also, from time to time, offer discounts that are extended to the full price without a discount and other offers that may be of interest to you. The subscription automatically renews every week until you cancel it. Please read the current tariff plan of the service for the development of individual information materials. In addition to subscription-based access, we also offer a one-time payment plan for $0.99, which grants limited single-use access to selected digital materials or introductory content without activating any recurring subscription or automatic renewal.

Trial Period, Time Calculation and Billing

The Service offers a trial access period calculated strictly in hours, not in calendar days. The trial period starts at the exact moment of successful payment confirmation, based on the system timestamp recorded in UTC.

For clarity: the trial period is described as "four days" for convenience only; legally and technically, the trial period is defined as from 94 up to 98 hours; billing may occur at any time after 94 hours from the trial start, at the sole discretion of the billing system.

The Company does not guarantee that billing will occur exactly at the 96-hour mark. The use of hour-based calculation prevails over any calendar-day interpretation. It is the sole responsibility of the user to track the trial duration and cancel the subscription before the applicable billing time if they do not wish to continue with the paid subscription.

6.2 A singular payment option, granting access for a 6-month period from the payment date, is available at a tariff of $99.99. This includes: comprehensive account access and fitness course accessibility.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. Refunds are only granted if access is not provided after valid payment.

7.2. Notify us at [email protected] in case of issues. We aim to resolve within 14 business days.

7.3. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method and in accordance with the payment provider's policies.

7.4. Refunds are not issued if you:

• - Didn't use the Product;
• - Didn't complete programs;
• - Were unable to use features for reasons beyond our control.

7.5. No refunds apply if you cancel your subscription.

7.6. If we cancel your access due to a violation of the Terms, no refund is given.

7.7. If we end services on our own initiative (not due to your fault), you'll receive a partial refund for the unused period.

8. Subscription Auto-Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled in your account settings.

16.3. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g. war, natural disasters, power outages).

17. Termination

17.1. You can cancel your account at any time.

17.2. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate the Terms.

17.3. We may also terminate without cause by notifying you.

17.4. Upon termination, you must stop using the Product.

17.5. Any outstanding payments remain due.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

18.1. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to solarastudioclub.com.

18.2. We'll attempt to resolve disputes amicably via email. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the competent court in the location of solarastudioclub.com.

19. Other Terms

19.1. If any part of these Terms becomes invalid, the rest remains in effect.

19.2. These Terms represent the full agreement between you and us.

19.3. Clause titles are for convenience and not legally binding.

19.4. You may not transfer your rights. We may assign ours.

19.5. No agency or partnership is created by this agreement.

19.6. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
